Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order, as different rules apply to physical merchandise and digital products.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products — including Full Market Intelligence access and any other data or information products — are final and non-refundable. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once the product has been delivered.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at zpedisclosure@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Physical Merchandise
For physical items such as apparel and accessories, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items and custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or report an issue, email us at zpedisclosure@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
